Program Information: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA)

A degree in business administration from a Christian liberal arts college offers a student the best of three worlds: a comprehensive business education; the opportunity to develop and apply their Christian world-view personally and professionally; and the enrichment of study in the fine arts, science, mathematics, religion and philosophy, language and literature, wellness, and communication.

Tradition is a wonderful thing, especially at a college like Sterling - however, a traditional business program cannot prepare students for the world of work they are about to enter. Coursework in the business major, social entrepreneurship and business entrepreneurship minors offers an excellent foundation for students desiring to work in either the for-profit or not-for-profit sectors, and/or complete graduate work in law, business, or other related fields. Majors are then required to complete an internship prior to graduation, while minors complete a field experience alongside a seasoned social or business entrepreneur. These hands-on requirements provide graduates with a competitive edge - academic achievement and professional experience.
